Lars Martinsen

Managing Partner

Lars Martinsen established Microenta AS in 2005. Martinsen has extensive work experience and expertise in business development and operation of online media channels focusing on jobs and careers and the development of online career solutions.

Martinsen was previously a partner and head of business development at Solstad Group AS, a leading provider of consulting services in restructuring and succession planning for leaders in Norway.

Håkon Årøen

Partner

Håkon Årøen has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Technology from the University of Oslo and a Master of Science in Business from the Norwegian School of Management. He has also conducted studies in finance at the University of Maastricht, as well as studies in entrepreneurship at Fudan University in Shanghai, China.

Årøen has worked in IT consulting and application development for over 10 years. He has also worked in financial advice and as a stockbroker in Oslo.

Håkon Emil Knappskog

Chairman of the board

Håkon Knappskog holds a Master in Finance from the Norwegian School of Management, majoring in economics. He has also conducted officer training in the Norwegian army.

He has worked as a financial analyst in Kemetyl Group, strategy analyst at Color Line, and now has a central role in the development of Pemco Trepellets in Norway. Knappskog is a shareholder and board member of several Norwegian companies. Knappskog became a shareholder in Microenta in 2008 and has been the Chairman of the Board since.
